This program focuses on aligning your overall lifestyle to elevate your entire being. We will address various aspects, including diet, exercise, daily practices, and the cleanliness of your home and surroundings, aiming to create a more balanced lifestyle. Achieve lasting inner peace and fulfillment through this transformative process. Session Details Consultation: We will start with a FREE 15-minute consultation to establish your goals, needs, and ensure we are a good match for this journey. Program Structure: After the initial consultation, we will work in blocks of 10 sessions. Each session lasts 1 hour and is conducted on Zoom or in-person. Cost: 10-session blocks are $2500. Commitment: The level of your commitment determines the depth of transformation you are ready to receive.
